I had very specific plans in mind with some unique, custom, and hard-to-find materials and design elements, and they were able to do everything I requested without making me feel like I was a pain in the rear for being so specific. We're over a year in, and their build has stood up to 200 dogs doing their best to destroy it every week, so I'm comfortable saying that the craftsmanship is quality. Communication was easy and thorough, and they were always on time and showed up when they said they would, which I sincerely appreciated.
